Description
Summary:As certain major landscapes have participated to the construction of national identities, ordinary landscapes contribute to a process of recognition or construction of an identity at a local lived community level (landscape of "being us", expression of a local and collective identity) and at an inhabitant level (landscape of "being me", expression of an individual identity). The article aims at precisely emphasizing this identical link, understanding how it becomes tighter between the inhabitants and their daily landscapes and replacing it in the confrontation situation of otherness. If theses landscapes with identical value, are subject to be maintained in a form or "self being" or "self between" (intimate landscape), they also can be presented to the Other in an objective of identical (de)monstration (show landscape).
