On the basis of assessment of the conflicts in the sphere of housing and communal services conclusions are drawn that a conflict situation - the development of the relations leading to emergence of contradictions which reasons can be: interpersonal relationship, misunderstanding between chiefs and subordinates, disorganization of personnel, high expenses of low-skill work at low payment, etc. |
