Description
Summary:In Corsica, the operationalization of urban planning documents struggles to be effective, so great are the difficulties that preside over their elaboration (acute conflicts of use, compatibility with higher-ranking standards, lack of engineering, etc.). However, beyond these problems, we hypothesize that their operationalization could be improved if we reconsidered the way of identifying the mutability of unbuilt interstices. This is what we aim to demonstrate here, in the context of three coastal municipalities that crystallize land tensions. We therefore propose an innovative urban planning approach, based on the analysis of the land configurations of building lots, in order to improve the land strategies of local authorities.
