The authors examined the effect of the institutional environment of education at institute of education and justify the link between the institutional environment of education and competitiveness of educational institutions and educational services. Improving the Russian education system, the institutional environment of education and competitiveness of educational services of Russian universities is only possible on the basis of a deep and comprehensive study of the described relationship. |
