Summary: | It can be rightly said that orientalism’ method of research on Islam has also been the method of Islamists in their relations to basic Islamic texts as a parallel situation of backwardness of Muslims in the field of science. This method, in fact an anti-method, is based on each researcher’s drawing a conclusion by reasoning on particular evidences, regardless the question if he/she is able to have a sufficient scientific background.
