Description
Summary:There is no landscape without this esthetical act by which the experience presents itself as an art piece. The landscape – as fragment of nature constituted by our perception – is defined by the point of view from which it is considered. My perception makes the landscape. In a way, a "landscape-desire" would exist in the contemplation of the nature linked to a particular type of perception (in a sense where the perception already projects a landscape). This desire results in a work of cutting or capture closed to the concept of device as certain artists practice it. The device of vision constitutes another form of frame and framing of the perception ; it directs and tends to control the systems of representation, vision and perception. Starting from the landscape, then the objects which inhabit it and allow to see it, we analyzed the project. The way the analytical approach of landscape and its modalities of its perception constitutes already a way to see and therefore direct the vision.
