Description
Summary:The contemporary era is marked by increasing intermeshing of the temporalities of daily life. This intermeshing is characterized by an acceleration of the porosity between social time, working time and leisure time. This feature of society is a sign of the growing inequalities between individuals and territories. This article aims to show how public responses have developed (by local authorities in France and in Europe), since the early 2000s, to the issue of the connections and compromises involved in social time.
