Summary:Tuberculosis (TB) is a very common systemic disease in India. As per the Global TB Report 2021, the estimated incidence of all forms of TB in India for 2020 was 188/100,000 population. Ocular TB may not be associated with clinical evidence of pulmonary TB; up to 60% of patients with evidence of extrapulmonary TB may not have been diagnosed pulmonary TB. Choroidal tuberculomas have been reported in the literature as a manifestation of ocular TB secondary to pulmonary TB. Here, we present a case of giant choroidal tuberculoma who presented to our OPD without any prior history of pulmonary TB.
