| Summary: | Annually organizations of higher education calculate estimated number of faculty staff to understand required corrections of staffing and positions to be opened for hiring. These calculations are based on regulation documents and use data on ratio of number of students per number of faculty staff as well as faculty workload. MS Excel could be used to perform such calculations based on faculty workload data. Present article describes a technical approach and introduces an instrument for calculation with rather high accuracy of internal and external faculty staff requirements to cover disciplines and state certifying commission workload of an educational organization. |
