As a positive experience in the paper, the experience of Moscow has been analyzed, having the most comfortable conditions for the functioning of small innovative enterprises, all necessary infrastructure. However, even with all its financial, scientific and technical capabilities, Moscow cannot provide all the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of the country’s innovative development strategy. |
