本文探讨了碳氮共渗中各阶段温度及齿轮心部硬度对齿轮内花键孔变形的影响。结果表明,加热速度时齿轮内花键孔变形有较大影响,齿轮心部硬度大于HRC40时,花键孔收缩较大,齿轮心部硬度控制在HRC30~40时,花键孔收缩较小
