| Summary: | Current production management mode in locomotive depot faces multiple challenges: difficulties to locate and track the locomotives and operators accurately assessments of the locomotive operation quality quantitatively, and the inability of remote management of operation and maintenance equipment. This paper proposed a visual management system for locomotive depot operations based on electronic map, and systematically studied locomotive automatic identification and tracking and operator management in locomotive depot. The operation and maintenance management of equipment and the whole process management of operation were also introduced. The operation status of personnel, locomotives and equipments in the locomotive depot is displayed on a electronic map. The production operation in locomotive depot is quantified by automatic data acquisition, and the electronic fence of operation monitoring is established to ensure the safety of driving and operation. Through real-time data sharing of multiple application modules, the system can shorten waiting time for people to find and pick up cars, simplify the management process of operation and maintenance equipment, and reduce the number of field workers. The system can interact with other application systems of locomotive depot to realize data exchange, and provide data basis for optimization of production process and safety guarantee of locomotive depot. |
