Description
Summary:This article investigates an inscription reported, but not studied, reused in the old mosque of the village of Manzil Khir about 16 km southeast of Sousse. It is a milestone from the reign of Macrinus at the 11th mile which allows us to suggest the trajectory / pathway and stations of the provincial road from Hadrumetum to Thysdrus. It also allows us to see how the road structured the landscape of the hinterland of the coastal cities of Byzacium.
