It is no stranger to the general trend of research in the current vision. Here, the real strength of Hochiminh’s speech strategy, which is the crystallization of the experiential process of putting linguistic actions into social interactions, verifies the integration theories that are of interest. Was Hochiminh the first to suggest to us a way of putting linguistic functions into practice, giving the Vietnamese of the Hochiminh era an optimal advantage in the process of development and integration?
