Properties of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 Thin Films and Solar Cells Deposited by Hybrid Process
Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells were fabricated using a hybrid cosputtering/evaporation process, and efficiencies as high as 12.4% were achieved.
