Summary:Under the design conditions of given time ratio and stroke,according to the bias schematic diagram slider-crank mechanism,the value interval of crank length is obtained by analysis,the structure size design formula of slider-crank mechanism is deduced and the function equation of crank length is the minimum transmission angle is built.Application of MATLAB software platform programming,the-change line graph is acquired and when the minimum transmission angle has a maximum value,the crank length value is solved,the crank length values is substituted into the design of the formula,you can get slider-crank mechanism unique optimal transmission performance solution, the feasibility and correctness of this design is verified by an example,the design process is simple and straightforward.
