Alfredo Joignant

Alfredo Roberto Joignant Rondón (born August 28, 1964) is a Chilean sociologist and political scientist who has served on the Governing Council of Chile's Electoral Service (Servel) since 2013. He is a professor at Diego Portales University and a principal researcher at the Center for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies (COES), a consortium of major Chilean universities. Joignant is a member of the Socialist Party, although his party affiliation is suspended by law while he holds his position at Servel. Provided by Wikipedia
